The little house looks very nice and up a few stairs in the stylish staircase and then to the first floor, unfortunately there is no elevator.

Completely faced away from Liechtensteinstrasse you can hear the pin drop here.

Once inside you look forward to a more modern look wherever the eye pleases. The approx. 53m ² are sweetly divided and immediately on the left a view into the bathroom. Modern tiles with subdued colors and above all a window.

Further on you come to the left into the kitchen which is also brandnew and spacious. Cooking on a grand scale so to speak. A good breakfast place to set up, if you want it to be more comfortable then you prefer to go in the living room. Rather supercozy while not having a view but maybe that is why you feel safe.

Then the bedroom not large but you also to have your „holy rest“ here.

The apartment is currently furnished, but you are welcome to move  in with your own furniture.
