The cute kitchen-living room with natural wood furniture has everything you need and a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, TV corner and a connection for a Swedish stove. This means that the house is well heated even in the colder months of the year.

Also on this floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Public water connection and sewer are of course here.

On the upper floor you will find two rooms of the same size, the anteroom offers some storage space.

In the basement, i.e. on the garden level there is another storage room and a garden toilet. A tool shed stows practically everything you need for the garden.

Nature with its unbelievable vastness is right on your doorstep, the Kritzendorf Strombad is only a few minutes away. There is also a shop for the things you need on a daily basis within walking distance.
